1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FXSUPPORT website (fxsupport.net) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Services

FXSUPPORT provides B2B technical support, infrastructure management, platform support, risk operations, CRM solutions, and custom plugin development services for forex brokerages. Our services include but are not limited to:

• IT infrastructure management and monitoring
• MetaTrader 4/5 platform setup, maintenance, and support
• Risk operations and monitoring services
• CRM deployment and customization
• Custom plugin and Expert Advisor development
• AI-powered trading tool development

3. Service Agreements

Specific service engagements are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between FXSUPPORT and the client. These SLAs may contain additional terms that supplement these general Terms of Service.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Maintain the security of any credentials provided to you
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the FXSUPPORT website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FXSUPPORT and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom plugins, Expert Advisors, and other deliverables developed for clients are subject to the intellectual property terms specified in individual service agreements.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service engagement. This includes but is not limited to technical configurations, trading data, and business strategies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXSUPPORT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our managed services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the applicable service agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service engagements as specified in the applicable SLA. Upon termination, FXSUPPORT will assist with a reasonable transition period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website for violation of these terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FXSUPPORT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
