Our Story

FXSUPPORT was founded with a single mission: provide forex brokerages the same calibre of IT infrastructure and operational expertise that Tier-1 banks take for granted, but at a fraction of the cost.

Our team combines decades of hands-on experience in MetaTrader administration, datacenter engineering, regulatory compliance, and risk management. We have supported brokers from startup to multi-thousand account scale across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

We understand that every second of downtime costs money, reputation, and client trust. That is why our infrastructure spans two geographically diverse datacenters, our monitoring operates 5 days a week around the clock, and our emergency channels are always open.
